The Role Clarification Workshop is designed to eliminate confusion and enhance trust within teams by clearly defining roles and responsibilities. Team coaching elements are integrated to further reinforce clarity and collaboration.

These sessions focus on improving collaboration, communication, and team performance, with options for both onsite and virtual formats. Each session is designed for groups of up to seven participants, ensuring personalized attention and impactful results. We provide actionable insights and strategies to empower your team to achieve its highest potential. If requested, we will address Sacred Cows and the Elephant in the Room to help the team move forward toward a united vision.

Our Individual Leadership Coaching is designed to help leaders at all levels enhance their skills, self-awareness, and effectiveness. These virtual one-on-one sessions focus on personal growth, leadership challenges, and developing strategies to achieve both personal and professional goals. Coaching is tailored to the leader's specific needs, ensuring a highly personalized experience. A minimum commitment of two sessions per month for six months is required.

Our Individual Contributor Coaching is designed for non-leadership team members aiming to maximize their impact within the organization. These virtual sessions focus on personal development, enhancing communication skills, and aligning individual contributions with the organization’s strategic goals. Coaching is customized to meet the specific needs of each participant, promoting growth and engagement at all levels.

 The Leadership Assessment, powered by ADVanced Insights, is a comprehensive evaluation tool required for all 1on1 and team coaching starting August 1, 2024. This assessment includes a deep dive into individual and team behaviors, motivators, and decision-making patterns. Each participant receives a personalized report and a one-on-one virtual review session to discuss results and actionable next steps.

Our Marketing Strategy and Implementation service is designed as a coaching model, where we guide your team through the development and execution of a sustainable marketing strategy that aligns with your organizational goals. We focus on building your team’s capacity to manage marketing efforts independently, but we also take on certain key projects that are critical to ensuring long-term success and impact.
